Steve Locklair of Brenham, TX will be our guest speaker for the week of January 27th through February 1st. He will be speaking on the subject of "Attitudes". Every Christian will benefit from lessons like these. Christians need time to time an attitude adjustment. Especially dealing with the church and brethren. These are the lessons of the week.
1. Proud as a peacock - "Pride"
2. I'm not a crock - "not feeling guilt for sin"
3. had any lemons lately - "Bitterness"
4. Trying to fill your toybox - "greed"
5. Down in the dumps - "Discouragement"
Even though the lessons may not to some seem uplifting, but let me assure you lessons like these need to be preached in every congregation. Attitudes can and will divide a church in a second. Sometimes, brethren need to check their attitude at the door. When I say brethren, I "include" not exclude Jason Trick.
